“Think long term and learn from your fitness journey!”

Zaza Ammar

I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 10 years working in gym and studio environments.  I teach both one to one and classes. I am a qualified level 3 personal trainer as well as certified for TRX suspension training, Kettlebells, power plates, VIPR, Bulgarian bag and pad work.  I think of exercise as an investment in your health.  Try to move as much as you can every day and eat good quality food.   Exercise should be challenging but enjoyable.  The key is modifying the exercises so everyone can push themselves.  I believe in a balanced approach to exercise including a mix of flexibility work, strength training and cardio.  Stick to the basics and don't follow the latest fads when it comes to exercise.  It's easier than ever for anyone to put workouts or fitness advice on the Internet.

“Do lots of small things, they add up”

Courtney Clarke

I began my journey in fitness in 2012 as a personal trainer at virgin active. This is where I honed my skills in motivating people to achieve the fitness goals, both 1 to 1 and in group exercise. I have trained individuals at a variety of fitness levels and goals. My training style is adaptive, intense and rewarding. I believe everyone deserves to both feel and look their best therefore I take great enjoyment in helping people reach their fitness and wellbeing objectives.

“Every challenge is an opportunity to grow”

Donna Saunders

Aerobics, Aqua, Spin, Boot Camp, Circuits, Pump & Pilates.

Hi my name is Donna and I've been a Fitness Instructor for 18 years. I didn't really like physical exercise as a child - then I got a bike and started to cycle everywhere. That really did sort my fitness level out! I've since taken part in the London to Brighton bike ride and the London marathon.
I got into the fitness industry after having children. I figured the only way I would get myself back to fitness was to do it as a living. I then discovered it's the best job in the world. Over the years I've realised fitness is not just physical- I truly believe mental well being is the most important aspect of fitness. This then took me on a more holistic look at fitness.
I qualified as a Pilates instructor 10 years ago. I really enjoy the balance pilates gives me alongside weight training and spin. It has taught me to engage my core correctly which in turn has helped improve my cardio and weight training.
I look forward to meeting you and motivating you and passing on my love and enthusiasm for exercise.

Cobi Campbell

Hi, my name is Cobi, my Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 was in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow and I have since trained to teach Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. I’m experienced at teaching a range of people from complete beginners to experienced practitioners, teenagers to seniors. I also lead specialised classes such as Chair Yoga once a week and a class for young adults with additional needs/ disabilities.

My classes are warm, welcoming, accessible, playful; full of breath, mindful movement, creative flows, stillness and relaxation.
Yoga is for all and I offer alternatives and challenges, allowing both beginners and experienced practitioners to work at a level that is right for them. I encourage patience, awareness, exploration and being kind to oneself.

I constantly love to keep learning and practicing yoga, attending workshops, courses, retreats and reading lots and lots of books! I also love travel, sunshine, adventures, dancing, being active, cooking/eating and meeting new people.

Nicola Singleton

My Name is Nicola, I love fitness and teaching fitness, always have and always will.  We are all individuals with different goals and fitness ambitions and requirements, my aim is to make sure everyone attending my classes feels comfortable and included and has fun.  That they experience the comradery of a class situation but also to ensure the classes I deliver meet all their individual fitness needs and personal goals.  I really care about the benefits of keeping fit both physically and mentally and I also really care about people.  Which means it is essential that I deliver classes that are motivational, safe, effective, inclusive, diverse, fun, engaging, challenging and team building.

Kharmadi Edwards

Trainee personal trainer

I am currently working hard towards a career within the personal training industry. Fitness has always been a big part of my life and I this is what I have chosen to do as my career. I am currently studying a Specialist Diploma to become a full time personal trainer and aim to eventually get into strength and conditioning coaching within a professional sports club. I previously played professional football which requires a lot of self-discipline in regards to nutrition, diet and fitness. This is where I found my passion and skill to know I could become a trainer that can motivate, up-skill and improve others towards a healthier lifestyle.

Hi, my name is Steadroy, I am experienced in a wide range of Dance, Strength and Exercise classes. I am enthusiastic, motivational and an excellent teacher with exceptional communication skills. I have great exercise and teaching technique complimented by great co-ordination and attention to detail. I bring a new creative, stylish approach to the Fitness industry for all ages and fitness levels making it fun and easy to learn. I plan and design my own Body Conditioning / Group Cycle classes and I choreograph my own Step, Aerobics and Dance routines making them unique and popular with my clients. I can challenge my client’s bodies leaving them refreshed and revived but I will never push them beyond their limits.

O'Nis Fleming

Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. I was gifted a 30-day pass for unlimited yoga at a local studio, where I had the pleasure of practising many different styles of yoga with some great teachers who inspired me - and this is where my love for yoga and my journey began...

Several years on, yoga is still an indelible part of my life, where I like it so much that I can't stop practising, and talking about it.

The best part of all is, thanks to my fantastic yoga school, I can now share this practice with others.

My Vinyasa Power Flow classes, are an all level adult class. I exercise a flexible approach to yoga, with a focus on breath, alignment and movement. My classes are challenging, yet fun as I bring greater awareness to both body and mind. Come and join me on the mat .

Namaste 🙏

Adriana Davoli

Yoga teacher & Thai yoga massage therapist

I fell in love with yoga practice and its philosophy when I was 14 years old. Yoga has absolutely changed my life; helped me to live happier, healthier emotionally and physically. It seemed natural after 20 years of practice to progress to teaching. I am teaching for past 10 years and I feel privileged to be a yoga teacher and to have an opportunity to pass this ancient wisdom to other people.
My teaching style is general Hatha with influence of fierce Ashtanga yoga, however or my sessions are designed according to physical and mental needs of a client.
