I’m Joe a local guy from North London resident in Enfield for nearly 20 years and personal training studio owner for 10 years. I have been qualified and practicing in the exercise and fitness industry for nearly 25 years. I live and breathe exercise it is how I strive and survive life. I surround myself with only the best energy trainers and well-being instructors, and I want my clients to enjoy the best possible exercise and lifestyle experience from the best to the best. My team of fitness instructors are all hand-picked from Enfield’s local community to ensure consistency, reliability and expertly delivered exercise.

Spin-Head & Women's Strength Instructor
Our in house Spin-head and women’s strength circuit instructor. A qualified spin instructor Kirstie loves to cycle if there’s a chance to spin she’s taking it. Her loyal following are there by her side week in week out. She likes converting our new comers into regulars regardless of the activity, she will guide you through your workout in controlled and progressive way.

Her CV speaks for itself, Joe is mentoring Liana as she has a lot to offer a talent in her expertise, she is able to provide self defence to all but in particular women and children.

17+ years martial arts & self-defence experience. Black belt since 2011. Teaching since 2013. Qualified in First Aid. DBS checked.
Insured specifically for martial arts / self-defence (including weapons training).
Qualified Level 2 Instructor with the British Martial Arts & Boxing Association (‘BMABA).

H is always jovial and will keep your spirits up in your workout, I’ve never seen a happier instructor. Years of class experience H will show his class in your boot camp, training camp and HIIT classes. Meticulous planning is what H provides for you in your training ensuring that every part of your body knows it has had a good workout.
